Our oil and relaxation massage uses long, flowing strokes with warm oil to calm the body and mind. Pressure is light to medium, so it is the gentlest choice on our menu and an easy one if you are new to massage.
What to expect
- You lie on a massage table, draped with a towel, and only the area being massaged is uncovered.
- Your therapist uses smooth, gliding strokes with oil over the back, legs, arms and shoulders.
- Pressure stays comfortable throughout. Ask for firmer or softer at any time.
- Many people drift off; that's fine.

What is the difference between oil massage and relaxation massage?
They are the same style: smooth strokes with oil at a comfortable pressure. You can book either online; the price is the same.
Can I have firmer pressure?
Yes, within reason. If you want strong pressure throughout, deep tissue massage is the better choice.
Do I need to undress?
You undress to your comfort level and are covered with a towel throughout. Only the area being worked on is uncovered.
Is it good for a first massage?
Yes. It is the gentlest treatment we offer.
